2. If you're using Internet Explorer click Run. If you're using Firefox hit Save File then run it.

3. No need to install anything. Select Run and hit Next:

4. Select "I accept the terms in the Licence Agreement" and hit Next:

5. See the ID and password on the blue background? Catch me online and send me this info via Yahoo Messenger. Do not click "Connect to partner". I will do that. NEVER write your ID and password in the main chat!

6. Sit back and relax. I'll take care of the rest! Do not move your mouse. I will control your computer for a short while and you will see exactly what I'm doing as if I were in your room. I may open Notepad to ask you something or to say what I'm going to do.
